Protocol for OpenEU endorsement in European funding applications

Updated text (3 March 2026)

Following discussions in WP1B (January meeting) here you will find an updated version of the protocol for OpenEU endorsement in European funding applications.

The purpose of this protocol is to establish a formal procedure for granting OpenEU endorsement to project proposals submitted to European funding calls, ensuring academic alignment, institutional commitment, and minimising double funding risks.

The current version was presented in the WP1B March meeting. It was agreed to open a brief period of time for additional comments and approval if considered.
