We are happy to announce that registration is officially open for the UOC International Staff Week 2026, which will take place at the UOC Campus in Barcelona from March 16th to 19th. Join us for four days of collaboration, co-creation, and networking focused on the future of Higher Education! 

This event offers a collaborative environment to promote professional training, the exchange of best practices, and networking among academic and management staff. Under the claim "Connecting Knowledge, Alliances, and Technology", participants will explore digital innovation applied to Lifelong Learning. 

The programme is structured around three key tracks:

  • Knowledge: Pedagogical innovation, quality assurance in digital environments, applied research and accessibility.

  • Alliances: Expanding international impact, co-creation of joint portfolios, and community engagement and online community building.

  • Technology: AI solutions, data for strategic intelligence, and the digital evolution of assessment.

Registration Details

We encourage you to register soon and secure your spot, by filling the form on the registration page

  • Target: This programme is specifically designed for teaching and management staff who are part of the alliances and international networks in which the UOC participates.

  • Registration Deadline: February 22nd, 2026 (inclusive), or until full capacity is reached

  • How to register: Complete the form by clicking on the "Enroll" button before the deadline.

  • Finance: No participant fees – possibility of Erasmus+ funding from your home institution for travel and subsistence

  • Social Program: During your stay, you have the option to participate in various cultural and social tours around Barcelona prepared for you. Please note that these visits are not included in the fee. During the registration process, you will be asked to indicate your interest in these optional activities.
